Gorgeous portions of stunningly appetizing slices of seafood, albacore tuna, yellowtail, scallop, samon, ikura, sea uchin(uni), spot prawn and more on a bed of premium sushi rice from Hokkaido, much like a seafood bowl at a fisherman's wharf in Kanazawa. 
*In case we are out of sea urchin (Uni), we put extra piece of spot prawn instead.
